Return & Refund Policy

At PrintLiv, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Area

We currently sell and deliver products only within India.

Returns

Since many of our products are customized or made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Missing items in the package

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account shared by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipping starts. Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started. To request cancellation, customers must contact us through:
