Shipping Area

Currently, PrintLiv ships products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Customized or personalized products may require additional production time depending on the product type and order quantity. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on courier availability and location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.

Courier Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

PrintLiv is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and provide support accordingly.

Customized Products

Many products sold on PrintLiv are customized or made-to-order products. Such products may require additional processing and are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
